I'm a bona fide word nerd, strategist, and systems thinker dedicated to making digital experiences easier and more enjoyable.

One of my strengths is making complex information easy to understand so users can complete tasks efficiently. My curious, empathetic nature combined with my analytical side serves me well in my efforts to understand users, their needs, and how best to help them. In the process I help companies reach their business goals.

I'm passionate about solving problems and I thrive on challenges, creative collaboration, and deadlines.

As a lead content designer at Zendesk, I work closely with product designers and managers, UX researchers, engineers, and other teammates to make things make sense for users, from forms and terminology to information architecture and entire interaction flows. Since joining the bots team last year I’ve gotten to co-design experiences for new AI features to help Zendesk customers automate their customer support.

I also develop content guidelines and contribute to Zendesk’s design system to enhance consistency and efficiency. And I’m always happy to illustrate and explain my rationale for recommendations to stakeholders in order to get buy-in.

Beyond my individual contributions, I love helping other content designers develop their skills through crit feedback and one-on-one sessions, strengthening our team and practice.

In my previous role as a lead content strategist and UX writer at Australia Post, I worked with the experience team, engineers, producers, and product managers to deliver accessible, useful, and enjoyable apps and experiences. I also led best practice UX writing and product content strategy, supporting and developing other UX writers.

Content design was central to my role as a content strategist and writer at Nike Global Headquarters, too. I developed and implemented the brand’s first-ever global digital copy style guide in partnership with myriad teams around the world and honed my UX chops crafting instructional content and information architecture for Nike.com.
